Our interactive whiteboard is an important tool that transforms what the kindergarten students can do. We use it as a whole group for class activities such as checking in for attendance, shared reading and writing, demonstrations for the class, viewing blogs and google earth, and for writing together with a wireless keyboard.

The IWB is also used during our activity time when students make work choices and for small group instruction. Many projects are completed on the white board. We also view our skype calls by projecting the video on the board.
